This specific topic is new to this site, and to just about everyone. Call it another one of my brain farts.
With so many countries spending huge amounts preparing for war. And how effective drones are on the battlefield. I started looking for opportunities to buy stock in some of these companies. Especially the companies with large govt contracts.
What I found, leaves me worried. A growing number of military contracts are going to privately owned companies. It is much harder to track this money, and know who owns the company, and who is getting the profit. And also harder to understand what the military is up to.
One such new company is Anduril. Worth about $8 billion. There are other new private held companies getting large contracts.
This could mean nothing. But something smells bad. Some big money is behind this.
