For once, just once, the M-Kay show is correct.

Should the Yankees consider Dallas Kuckoo??
Not no, hell no... FK no... No efff-ing way...

I would rather have a 45-50 year old
J. Happ, or even the Big Sloppy throwing 55 miles per hour...
Houston with no attempts to read sign Dallas in Houston speaks volumes....

Maybe the Rangers will sign them so Dallas can do Dallas I mean Debbie...

Heard Dallas Kackel at interviews trash talking the Yankee Franchise, fuck him, I wouldn't even want him as an Usher,

Your time is up with a team, you decide to declare free agency and be on your own. Nobody wants your services for whatever reason. No we pull the collusion card. People forgot about Curt Flood who got that Free Agency, Marvin Miller for getting players wages upscaled and George Steinbrenner for paying players well for their service. In todays game if you are in your early Thirties you'd best forget long terms contracts at sky high salaries.

Diamondbacks get Luke Weaver, Carson Kelly, Andy Young, and a Draft Pick from the St. Louis Cardinals for Paul Goldschmidt as per Ken Rosenthal.

....^^^^

Will St Louey strike gold by the Mississippi at the Gateway to the West???
Wow- Goldy to Saint Louey-

Sounds like the Dbacks are afraid to sign anybody who is worth anything $$$ wise;
D'Backs shunning Free Agents to be, ntm- letting J D Martinez flee to Boston last year...

Goldie Hawn be a one-year rental if St Louis doesn't make it to the playoffs...

Some interesting statistics on Goldschmidt's weird year last year...

*Entering his final season before free agency, he'll be playing his age-31 season in 2019 but remains an excellent all-around player. He's not quite the hitter he was a few years ago -- his OPS peaked at 1.005 in 2015 and was down to .922 in 2018 -- and he's probably lost a step on the bases (32 steals in 2016, but just seven last season), but he still hit .290/.389/.533 with 33 home runs and was worth 5.4 WAR.

Goldschmidt struggled early in 2018 when he was striking out at a prodigious rate. His average dropped to .198 on May 22, but he made some tweaks to his setup and hit .328/.418/.606 the rest of the season. In fact, ESPN Stats & Info reports that from June 1, just Mike Trout, Christian Yelich and J.D. Martinez had a higher OPS than Goldschmidt. Through May 22 he struck out 31.5 percent of the time with a swing-and-miss rate of 31 percent. From May 23 on, he fanned 22.4 percent of the time with a miss rate of 24.5 percent. If the Cardinals get that player over a full season, they just acquired an MVP candidate.

Arizona trades Paul Goldschmidt to St. Louis Cardinals for 3 non roster prospects. What was Arizona thinking?
Cardinals “steal” Goldschmidt is my first reaction.

I really wanted to see Patrick Corbin come to the Bronx but not at the tune of 20 million a year, up from 7 million per yr.

I can't see you 41 year old could know being worth 25 million.

The prize deal is Edwin Diaz who is not arbitration-eligible until 2020 and is only making less than $600,000... a phenomenal young Talent...

He got paid serious $$$.

It's time to go after Happ or Eovaldi. Then maybe find a left handed bat in Michael Brantley along with a defensive 2B like DJ LeMahieu.

Word is out that Yankees are”fiscally responsible” as to their ways of the past.......overpaying. And yet,
they lose out on Eovaldi who stays with the Red Sux for 4 years & 67.5 mil.......not bad for a 28 year old.......
who has found new life after being a Yankee!

Toe was a was a good one, hustled all the time, was proud to be a Yankee, respected by his team mates, so they let him go and keep pieces of shit like Stanton, Sanchez, and Ellsbury.

Analytics puts the cold, calculated slant on the game........and good team chemistry means shit!

Analytics today or totally destroying pitching mentality. Analytics are taking the ball and mind of the Pitcher out of the game.
Analytics are not cultivating wisdom they're destroying spontaneity.
I cannot imagine what this game look like in 10 years. I can foresee either- a game where 3 Pitchers throw three innings. Or 4 pitchers throw 2 innings, and a 5th closes out the game. I really miss the day an era of the complete game Pitcher...

Yankee president, Randy Levine, just can’t help himself......as winter meetings are about to take place
in Las Vegas, he claims that the Yankees are on a par with the World Champions. As Trashbin is trying
to get his ducks in a row, this clown ignites meaningless words since the starting staff is not complete
and several players need to be moved. Yet, right now the Yankee roster does not look complete. With
pieces still missing, I do not think we are on a par with those Red Sux! Just saying.

^^^^^Levine is another reason the Yankee organization comes off less than Championship caliber.
A lot of braggadocio huffing and puffing! Little results!

....^^^^

Not even remotely close to Boston.
Not even close to Houston imho-

Trashman, Oppenheimer and Levine are Frauds & the epitome of a Dumpster Divers...

Too many Failures in obtaining many a Stud(s); and wound up with Steeres instead- i.e. J.D. Martinez vs
Gian-K-arlo.
Eovaldi should of been retained imo, even tho he's had 2 TJ Surgery's, the 1st at age 17.
Trashman overpaid EO to begin with from $517K w/Miami, to $3.6 - $5 Mil in NY: then back down to $2-Mil at Tampa.

Then again 2 TJ Surgery's...:nerd: hmmmm

No habla Gerrit Cole ???

We can do this (note many failures) all day & night; for yrs to come; from a decade or more past. Until the Kidz wake up and realize they're taking it in the ass from- Trashman, Oppenheimer and Levine...then we as Yankee Fans are as doomed as the crew onboard the Titanic, rearranging chairs while telling the passengers how "Unsinkable" our Great rather doomed Ship is...

As good as the Bosox
and Shit smells like Rose's too...:dammit:

We get Sonny Gray, German, Cesspool, and a Truckload of other shitty players, but everything's coming up roses, just ask Chasen 'his tail' Shreve....

As noted throughout t/yr & herein, these lists of fkups, has beens, never beens, and failures to sign, as well as ex-Yankees who go on to perform better elsewhere-
It tis an endless list-
Be my guests....

and oh by the way Paradise has become a ghetto, Welcome to Hell, can I get you a glass of ice water??
Perhaps a Manhattan Iced Tea; without the ice??

"Play Misty For Me" please...:evilfire:

As per Jon Heyman Yankees showing interest in free agent utility players Josh Harrison & Marwin Gonzalez
as an option to help infield with Didi’s absence. This would be alternative to a mega Machado signing.

The A's, Diamondbacks, and Tigers have contacted The Yankees about Greg Bird as per Bronx Bombers Beat.

I still do not think Cashman should give up on Bird so quickly.

Compared to “The Boss” as Derek Jeter liked to call George Steinbrenner, Cashman & Hal Steinbrenner
are just specks of sand in the hour glass of time & history! That’s 9 years without a Championship!

Ok everyone, thanks to our dumb ass manager who sat petrified in his dugout and didn't make the right move until too late and our unclutch in the clutch hitters which has been the case all season what moves would you like to see in the off season towards next year. We obviously need via trade or free agency to get a stud type pitcher and if andujar is going to be taken out in the middle of the game or sat completely as in game 4 for his defense (which is pretty bad especially his throwing) maybe he is a chip in a trade for one of these pitchers. Someone mentioned a trade with stanton which i have no problem with but he has a no trade and the only place hell go is the dodgers who I have no idea if they even want him and if they do what pitching they might have to trade for him. The coffers are open now that the season is over is open and I expect cashman to spend like he did in 2009. If they trade andujar, machado becomes the top target to replace him. Imo gardner need to be bought out as well. Need a new left fielder or maybe thats stanton possibly making voit the dh which is what he is and we find a lefty hitting first baseman although I think they probably give bird one last shot before totally giving up on him.
Watch Out! Cashman has his eyes on Machado.

If Janis Joplin were still with us and a Yankees Fan she'd have done "Mercedes Benz" like so.

Oh Hal, please hire us, a brand new GM,
Cashmans a flake, the fans are tired of him,
Wrap him in concrete, for a Harlem River swim,
Oh Hal, please find us, a brand new GM.
>For PG rating change "him in concrete" to "slap him silly and toss him in",

That is sparling poetry (specks of sand...". Like it.

The main topic for this year’s Winter baseball meetings is “The Shift”! Baseball executives, GMs, owners
and managers are holed up in these mysterious meetings to decide where players should stand in the field.
One exec who refused to attend stated, “These meetings are a fucking waste of time.” I can just see Hal,
Levine, Trashman and Boner sitting around deciding such ludicrous crap. Remember last year’s resounding
earth shattering topic of the pace of play that a pitcher had a specific amount of time to pitch. All of this
is the coverup to the real dealings in the hotel rooms.....the phone bills should be astronomical!
