Isn't something wrong with our system when a drug company releases a product it knows will be harmful, but proceeds because they calculate they'll make more money than they lose in a lawsuit? And no one goes to prison over it? This happend with Vioxx as one example.

Healthy kids don't die from measles. Kids living in squalor with inadequte nutrition succum to infectious disease. Mortality and moribidity of infectious disease, for which there has never been any vaccine, has declined at the same rate as ones for which there is a vaccine. Yet all you hear is propaganda of how vaccines saved the world.
Health officials in 3rd world countries are actually lamenting how so much of the aid they get from western nations is in the form of vaccines, and not more fundamental things like food/sanitation.
RFK JR is trying to alleviate these problems getting rid of these conflicts of interest, holding corrupt companies accountable, and getting the population as a whole healthier again. And people are crying about it, because that's what they've been brainwashed to do.
