Yes its way too early and this will change in the next few weeks... but based on what we know now here are my rankings;
Jazz - Very good team all around last year, huge upgrade from Rubio to Conley
Nuggets - Deep young team which will lead to regular season success
Blazers - DameCJ at peak, but Nurk injury, poor forwards, depth are concerns
Clippers - Free Agency will push this team up or down more than others
Thunder - Paul George can only do so much on his own, Westbrook is becoming Carmelo
Spurs - No elite talent, great coach and execution
Lakers - Best NBA duo? If the front office could get lots of effective role players with little cap room... this is the team that key FA signing was Rondo so not very likely
Rockets - Capped out / CP3 has lost a step
Kings - Fun run and gun team that could push for a playoff spot
Pelicans - Finally have assets to build around a star, unfortunately had to trade one to get them
Warriors - Curry and Draymond can't carry a depleted roster through 82 games
Timberwolves - Need a second key starter beyond Towns.
Mavs - Awesome twin towers but a few years away
Suns - Rebuilding but with puzzling trades
Grizzlies - Rebuilding
Edit; please also provide explanation of why you think any teams will perform far differently than conventional thinking.
