First time listening to Danny and Dusty. Not sure about Dusty's assessment between Williams and Holland.

So Holland will drop because his combine measurements were not very good, (too slender) and he does nothing great. (I guess defense is not important )

While Cody Williams will not get past Utah because they value size at each position? (Isn't Cody more slender than Holland?)

I am ok with taking Williams over Holland but that made no sense to me.
 
Random note: And I know this is rather nitpicky for a message board, but is anyone else getting tired of every draftnik on every podcast/radio show pronouncing Salaun as "saloon" (Marang is particularly egregious here)?

From my limited knowledge of French and internet pronunciation sleuthing, it is likely pronounced "SAH-lon" (think the word "salon" but with the accent on the first syllable and the second syllable kind of drops off as it often does in French). Perhaps I'm wrong and Tidjane prefers a different pronunciation, but it is seemingly being butchered by everyone... even those seemingly in the know.

As a french speaker: thank you. I am at the point I hope not to draft him because of the pronunciation of his name that is awful. Same for Risacher to be honest.
 
We will not know the details as that was the point as ZERO media was allowed and the Blazers did not even release any vids from the workout. I hope they might release something at some point maybe closer to the draft OR after IF we take one of those players.
 
It’s been said that there have been workouts where agents insisted on secrecy … and one or two of these may still be unreported for the Blazers. When others not told to zip it are reporting names, this allows people like Marang to add to a list — already out there. Not saying this is the case with Matas or Cody, but it’s pretty standard when it gets out. Marang didn’t “say” these were the secret workouts, just private — also appropriate.

Nice to see that the highly ranked guards coming in are great shooters AND very few. There’s hope.

I like Crawford, especially with his length/wingspan. Not the most explosive player (34 vertical) but his length and body control make up for some of that.

For me it is because of his brother. I shouldn't dismiss him for that but they seem similar and Oscar is playing in Spain. Tristan does seem to be better 3 pt shooter though
 
Just summarizing general feel of these guys after workouts:

Trending up:
- Devin Carter - Vencinie says he is "dominating everyone, similar to what Jaquez did predraft last year... Times two."

- Salaun-- every one is saying he is killing dudes.

- Clingan?

Trending down
- Holland

Who else?
