I think it's suspicious he worked out alone. Sounds like something an agent insists on. Play against somebody you coward!
I have a rule of thumb: better a player whose stats DECLINED in their last year of college than one whose stats took a sudden leap. Michael Finley and Karl Malone are examples of the first. (I make exceptions if the player has experienced a huge growth spurt.)
I'm going to bet that the kid from Creighton ends up being the same player in the NBA and will be available much later in the draft.

Even putting Dunn v the wings is gonna be very interesting.
Credit where credit is due. Arranging this sorta workout is not easy in this day and age.
The Dunn pick only makes sense if they’re convinced he’s an absolute shut down defender
Draft Jamal Shead and Dunn and play them as part of a unit with Matisse and NEITHER side would score.Say what you will about DRTG, but Dunn's was 89 this season. That is insanely low.
And he can space the floor so that Scoot can have a better chance at getting to the hoop without running into a brick wall of multiple players and getting shut down like he does now a lot.knecht can get to any spot he wants to on the floor. and spacing will only help him.
in any other draft, i would scoff at the notion of drafting a 23 yr old with the #7 pick. in this one, i wouldn't mind.

This is it. See how Tidjane and Ron do against elite defense.Maybe they want to see what Holland can do against an elite defender though?

Such as one Damian Lamont Ollie Lillard. The upside with Holland is kind of tempting. Something is always alluring to me about drafting players that have a chip on their shoulder

Interesting how few players have worked out for Houston, looks that that pick is on the move if you read between the lines?
Most of the top picks have not done workouts yet.https://hoopshype.com/lists/2024-draft-workouts-tracker/

So is that list of players we have worked out or players that are scheduled?
I see Holland, Salaun, Ryan Dunn, Edey, Missi, and Kyshawn George on that list. Has that happened?
Is he letting something slip? Both Buzelis and Williams are on there.
I figured those were the private workouts. Is he letting something slip? Both Buzelis and Williams are on there.
