Poll question: undoubtedly preseason. Especially the way Stotts coaches preseason. You get to see everyone. And over the course of the preseason, you can see if people have or haven't developed and that kind of stuff...

So, pre-season is every game before the all star break?

Pre-season is interesting as far as evaluating the young players and seeing if they might have a role.

But Summer League is more casual, exciting, and fun. Hence, I enjoy it more.

Only knock against Giles has ever been his health. It was understood that he was a top-5 talent outside of his ACL tears. Identical to the Nuggets taking Michael Porter and his gimpy back at 14 this summer. If he remains healthy, Giles should be better than Collins. Him performing well would not be Vlade "getting one over on Neil", but simply taking a gamble that paid off--a gamble that many Blazer fans would have crucified Neil for taking.
