I know a lot of you hate Quick but I always enjoyed his coverage of the Blazers. Hopefully the Oregonian will bring in someone good instead of taking the opportunity to scale down their Blazer coverage to just Freeman.
 
Also he would be fascinating to do a meet and greet with, I bet he has some amazing Blazer stories that he was never allowed to print.

Come on, that dude basically made mountains out of mole hills just to bag on the hometeam. He probably pissed off a good number of our players personally and drove them out. He was Damon Stoudamire's personal mouthpiece for the media.
 
I'm glad. Never liked him. He reminds me of what I like least about journalists--if you don't have a story then you make a story.

I personally know him and he is a prick. Wonder how long til he pisses off my other favorite team. Look forward to just Freeman.

Have to wonder who quick is talking about... "Money changes a guy" Roy, Batum or Aldridge?

Sounds like Batum or Roy? Also wonder who talked about kissing his kids and then hooking up next night?? That sounds like what Roy would say a lot.
 
I loved quick. It's blazer fans who always wanted to hear sunshine and rainbows rather then the truth who didn't like him. Freeman is vanilla (boring) and that's what ur avg fan wants. It's like always ordering a burger at a restaurant....

Except Casey hates traveling. He was funny when he traveled with the team last year during that one long road trip. He gets a little grumpy and even ripped HCP's head off during one of his Blazer.TV shows.
