Of course, but that's it. It said you should do it breakfast to breakfast...idk tho haha I'm thinking start it the night before (well, after lunch I guess) and end it the next night (tues & thurs I like to go out to eat late after watching bball wit my friend).
The guy who wrote the article gave advice - keep yourself busy and take lots of naps.

Breakfast to breakfast seems kind of odd, because chances are you'll be hungry that night. And it's not easy to fall asleep on an empty stomach. So, instead of just being hungry, you'll be hungry
and tired. Sounds like fun. lol

Yeah, I didn't eat at all last night after a granola bar (with fiber, it said to eat that before you start) at about 4pm. It was rough, I wanted to eat the whole night...and there's so much food in my house, haha, it's torture
