Fast for the whole 24 hrs?

You're allowed to drink water hopefully? lol

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Master Shake @ Jun 30 2008, 05:08 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>Man, I've been so tired lately, it's nuts. I think I need to drink some energy drinks so I stay awake and don't miss out on summer fun.</div>

I hear ya.

I don't want to piss of people, but I've got the syndrome. I went from non-stop life activity for 8 months though to nothing but working, chilling, and afternoon basketball playing this summer. I feel like I'm just sitting around all day, even though I work in the mornings and manage to squeeze in some hoops at night. And I haven't been eating very healthy since I got back from school. I haven't been eating a bunch of junk all the time, but enough to make me feel tired a lot.

It sucks being up for just 8-10 hrs or so and feeling like you want to go back to sleep, even when you have things lined up to do.

I can't even get up the energy to post on s2 this summer. I read for hours but I'm just too run down to post on a lot of things, haha.

Of course, but that's it. It said you should do it breakfast to breakfast...idk tho haha I'm thinking start it the night before (well, after lunch I guess) and end it the next night (tues & thurs I like to go out to eat late after watching bball wit my friend).

The guy who wrote the article gave advice - keep yourself busy and take lots of naps.

Thats a lot though, and the body could go into shock after that big of a change. I can understand fasting for 10 to 12 hours, but 24?

Be careful and have lots of food hanging around ready just in case. haha

Well, actually, the guy that wrote the article went on fasts for 36 hours a week. And it actually made him not only thinner, but also healthier. But, he said to start out with 24.

Tiesto is my favorite with Paul Van Dyk coming in close in the second spot.

Breakfast to breakfast seems kind of odd, because chances are you'll be hungry that night. And it's not easy to fall asleep on an empty stomach. So, instead of just being hungry, you'll be hungry and tired. Sounds like fun. lol

Yeah, I didn't eat at all last night after a granola bar (with fiber, it said to eat that before you start) at about 4pm. It was rough, I wanted to eat the whole night...and there's so much food in my house, haha, it's torture

Yup, it somehow has something to do with your mom.

I don't know why, but I thought that commercial was awesome.

I get a headache looking through the GSW forum. Mostly because there's lots of words, and I have no interest in reading any of it because I'm not a Warriors fan.

I always love looking through FOMW, Dumpy, and NI's posts, though

I just got back from Wonderland and I went on the same ride 5 times. It was awesome.

"Oh get out! And how is [S2 poster]'s mom doing these days?"

One of you was going to say it.

Hurry up and do my set. I know you like me better than the other guys. We are Cowboy fan brothers. And we both own a Brian Scab NJ Nets jersey...

Man, I love the Warriors forum (glad it looks like its coming back). I don't think I'd have any interest in such a historically pathetic team if it weren't for that group of posters.

That's true. BTW when are you going to mail it to me? You know I get the 1st and 3rd weeks...

No dice! 2 sigs, and you can have his jersey.

1 sig, and I bump you down to 9th in line. Don't test me!

Fine...I'll wait. But remember, when you get cold at night and you need the warmth of a NJ Nets Scabby jersey...you won't have it!

I want a Johnny Flynn avy, and a Shawn Kemp sig, PRONTO!

We need to encourage more people to be like the Golden State posters. That forum is full of high quality rants, that's always been the case over there.

Yeah, every post there is like an essay and very informative.

Definitely, the post count those GS posters have doesn't do them justice (not that it matters but I wanted to throw them a little compliment :] ).
