On the one hand you figure the Rangers will be tight knowing any mistake could be/will be the series. On the flip side just let it fly now man. I mean do we really have anything to lose at this point?

For the love of god, at least force the Caps to play with a lot of pressure in a virtual must win for them in game 6.
 
To play this game with no confidence is a loss in the making.
Caps in the head of the Ranger team.

Rangers need to make their own breaks. You get the feeling
the Caps will break through as they did in period 2....believe
me, they need positive luck.
 
Not that the Rangers shouldn't be scoring some goals but Holtby couldn't be more on top of his game right now. That's why missing open nets and things of that nature are the killer.
 
I still had a little hope before game 5 that they can get to Holtby or Holtby runs out of gas but I don't think it will happen. I just cant see it happening. This team scored all of their goals in the regular season.

They blew it not getting anything out of the fast start.
 
Shots 33-19 but it means nothing as the score is 0-0.
 
i think this one is over. Stepan is so freakin incompetent in the playoffs.

This is so sad. Dominant team all season. All the people saying the Pres trophy means anything (which it never did). And we play like crap against the Pens and cannot score against them. Then we score TWO goals TWO in 4 L's in this series if this score holds. Truly amazing.

The whole season was a 100% no questions asked waste...period.
 
Not to mention it will be one goal in the final three games. It's just not something that can be believed.
 
I wish we had Nash playing tonight. Maybe he would be due to score a playoff goal if he was in the lineup.

So ONE goal in the last 3 games if this score holds. TWO goals in 4 L's in the series if this score holds. Has to be some kind of record...LOL.
 
Pressure and inability to score or finish or whatever........
a total flatline by this team. "Changes are a comin'" Book it!
 
Way too soon to say that. Yeah this team was pathetic in this series and the whole playoffs, but how the F do we know if that deal will be a terrible move. Do we know if Duclair will be even a decent player? Do we know that Yandle won't be very good next year with a full training camp?

I hope this board won't turn into that the next few days.
 
It shows that Sather needs to step down. This fucking clown never addressed our main issues at the trading deadline. He got his soft incompetent fool yandle. I was saying it was a terrible move.
 
To me I think you try and move Nash, but you cannot trade him just to trade him, you must get some value for 42 regular season goals. You buyout Boyle or deal him if he agrees. And you let MSL walk.

That's what I would do, especially the last two...if you cannot get value for Nash...Boyle and MSL gone.

Resign Stepan if he is reasonable after another down playoffs.
 
Guys it's a loser of an organization. Great fans but complete and utter losers. You really just get tired of it.
