ok. 2 in the books. Gotta win the 3rd period and back to the garden we go
 
Ok so we call the hold... Im fine with it.. What about the interference on the face off not allowing Nash to get to the point man
 
Al likes the NHL like we had after the lock out where the refs called everything and the game was 90% special teams. It's way more fun when the refs swallow the whistle and let the boys play.

Be consistent... You call a holding penalty then call it all the time.. Same with interference
 
That was the best period for the Caps the whole series. They played that period like they know this is their series tonight. I don't think 2 will be enough, we need to add that 3rd goal and then I will feel pretty comfortable. Let's hope the Caps shot their load that period and we come out in the 3rd with much more effort and push.

I was hoping Hank could get a SO away. Team will need
more than the 2 goals to win tonight.

They did not shoot there load in the 2nd, they will come out for the last 20 flying. The Rangers need to answer, and counterattack to get the biggest goal of the year. I'm thinking Nash, but I don't care who gets it and I know you feel the same.

The Caps were flat in the 1st, for some odd reason. They played the 2nd like they know this is their game to win if they want to win the series. I am sure they will play the 3rd in a similar fashion. The hope is we have MUCH more pushback though.
 
It's very simple. Win the third and get back home for game seven. They need to put some pressure on the Caps in the third instead of playing on their heels and trying to win it 2-1.
 
They better have more push back, because they need this more than the Caps. At least if the Caps lose this, they still have Tuesday.
 
Caps should come out with fire so the first 5mins should be big for us to kill off. As the clock ticks they will get more desperate and should open up some counter chances for us.
 
Kreids gonna get the hat tonight. Like the owner said to turcotte with secretariat in the belmont: AV Get kreider out there and let him go just let the kid go. HE IS TIRELESS
 
Hopefully they look to shoot instead of trying to make cute passes.
