1. DeAndre Jordan
I don't think he's prime Dwight Howard, but he did show a lot when Blake Griffin went down, and he is an amazing rebounder and solid (although overrated) defender, who could jump start fast breaks, which we'll need a lot of. I doubt we'll get him (we've never been mentioned as a destination he's interested in) but it might be cool.
2. Tobias Harris
I worry that he'll never live up to the contract it would take to pry him away and I know not much at all about him, but I like the fact that he's supposed to be versatile. He can play SF or PF in a smallball lineup and he's young.
3. Boban Marjanovic
I'm not kidding. I don't even know if his game translates at all to the NBA, and at best he's probably Muresan II, but I'm really intrigued to see him play. I NEED something to intrigue me rather than depress me about the Blazers this coming season. And the last giant plodding center we signed out of Europe turned out okay.
4. Cap space.
There isn't really anyone else out there. Even Jerebko has agreed to return to the Celtics. Middleton, Green (both of them), Carroll, all gone. If I thought Tristan Thomson was gettable, then maybe him. Maybe we'll get Thomas Robinson back - now we're shit, he could get minutes.

Harris for sure.

Cap space? Since Portland is a destination market....

Go after jordan even if aldridge is gone.

1. Kanter (could see not getting matched)
2. Harris (will be matched imo)
3. Cap Space (for trades next summer or deadline)

(I not a fan of Jordan)

Throw a max offer at Kanter or Harris and pray it doesn't get matched.

Outside of that, I have no fucking clue, but they should use all the capspace, even if it's to sign 1 year deals.

Do Nothing. Put away the wallet. Embrace the suck.

Our best move right now is to have minutes available to see who can grow.

Develop and trade for younger prospects.

This market, we're going to have to overpay free agents just to get them to consider Portland.

Tobias Harris is the only move unless they're going to work a trade.

Beyond Kanter and Harris...
...not in any specific order...

Norris Cole
Jimmer Freddette
Robbie Hummel
John Jenkins
Luc Mbah a moute
KJ McDaniels
Jeff Taylor
Alexy Shved

On our summer league roster I like

...other than Fraizer, Connaughton, crabbe an such...

Andre Dawkins
Stephen Dennis
Marko Keselj
Luis Montero
Malcom Thomas
Arnette Moultre

Those are interesting. Don't know if I can (or should) get past Taylor's domestic violence, though. Shved is like the swingman Kanter - great on offense and just invisible on D. But he fills a need in that he's a creative passer and a skilled wing. I don't know why we're not trying to get McDaniels. Or why nobody is. Mbah a Moute is a great defender but can't do anything else - and isn't that Aminu's role?

Austin Daye was released he other day. I wonder if he might be worth a look

I think some Houston moves have to fall into place before an offer could be leveraged against them.

I gotta go with Dre and let him retire here while teaching the youngsters the art of passing..I'd re-sign DWright too if Dre wasn't on the table

I would love to bring in Andre Miller again. He could teach Dame and Frazier a thing or two.
Good point. With all our athletic bigs, we could become lob city north if our guards can learn from the master.
