actually, times new roman, arial, all of them are really good fonts. look at my vc wall. i used times new roman and georgia in there. its just the effects i did to it like gradient overlays and differnet things that make it look better.
 
I meant that they shouldn't be the main focus. The fonts are too commonly used. Plain fonts come into use for certain images, otherwise it scars others.

No it isn't bad, my 5 is because I find it crowded and hard to read. And that huge picture behind Chad makes it look weird. It is a good sig, just like you said was my opinion on it. I'll update my ranking to

7/10. 5 was a bit harsh

Dont bother rating this as I didnt put any time or effort into it, I just got the idea after seeing the 2 photos, and thought maybe some one might like to use it as a sig, so if so, feel free to use it.
 
I'll rate it because I like simple sigs. 7/10. Contrast looks good, just don't like the font.

Good concept but the flow seems a bit off. Think it might be that screen pattern or whatever. 6.5/10

Tell me what you think of this sig I created with Lazio footballers. I like it, I wanted to focus completely on the painting appareance of the players. No text, just lighting changes to focus out the background and highlight the faces differently, etc.

With this other Lazio footballers sig, I didn't know what I wanted to do at first. I kept thinking I'd just line the players up and instead make it into a wallpaper, but then I got the idea of making it appear like this. I don't think the sig as a real sig is all that great because there's more that can be done to this such as text, but I really liked the concept I had going so I saved it as PSD file to get some opinions now before I continue adding or changing anything. I used the five headlights lighting effect for this one and wanted to go for a more artistic feel like the previous one, but stray clear of copying it.
 
Sorry about skipping yours M Two, you and Master both get a 9/10 for me. Simple sigs work best.
