The Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day - 10/10

There may be bias here for me, because I'm a huge fan of the first one, but this did not fail to disappoint. For the most part, it was worth my 10 year wait since the first one was released, and based on the end, it looks like there might be one more. Hopefully Troy Duffy can get it made before Norman Reedus and Sean Patrick Flannery can't play the parts anymore, because the movie wouldn't be the same without those 2 as the McMannus twins.

Funny People - 8.5/10
It was as funny as previous Apatow movies but with a really good storyline. Sandler had a pretty good acting performance. It loses marks for dragging on a bit long.

The Taking of Pelham 123 - 5/10
Pretty stupid. Travolta acting like a badass gets tiring after a while and the ending isn't worth the buildup.

Fast and Furious IV

6.5/10

Not bad, better than any other one since the first one. Very entertaining. Hot bitches, cool action, fast cars...

6/10. Loved the fight scenes. Kind boring in some scenes, where others could have just been cut completely. Camerawork was meh, and so was the acting. But it was just fun to watch ninjas.

Yeah, that is a typical Asian movie.

Pass.

Don't have a strong desire to watch that one. All the trailers have been emphasizing the storyline which is bound to be absolutely retarded. I don't get that.

Still want to see The Blindside.

I heard it was phenomenal.

Somebody told me that it was just a Hollywood-ized version of the book, that ignored certain parts to make it more of a feel-good story. I never read the book, so I don't know what they would have cut out though.

Really good movie. It didnt feel all too disney (like just about every sports movie lately), so thats a plus. I actually liked Sandra Bullock in this one.

Wow. Just wow.

Nothing happy about this movie. It showed the collapse of civilization and what happens when a person's survival instincts kick in.

Not a big Robert Duvall fan, but his 15 minute cameo may give him an oscar nomination. Amazing. He epitomized what the movie's central theme. The kid and Viggo were really good as well. I expected more screen time from Charlize but she was alright. Depressing movie.

9/10.

I really wanna see this movie, looks really good. Definitely on my list of movies to see in December, with Avatar topping that list.

Haven't even heard of that movie.

I love Viggo.

Cormac McCarthy kicks ass. Can't wait 'till I get an opportunity to watch that one.

Memento is fucking awesome.

I want to watch that movie, now.

Memento is a beast.

Haven't seen the Road Yet, I'll try to check it out at some point.

I watched Memento twice in a row it was so good.

Funny People - 6/10

Edit:

Observe & Report - 5/10

I watched the Green Street Hooligans yesterday and I think it was excellent - 7/10
Today I watched This Is England and it was a great movie about racism, but from a different point of view (compared to American History X for example) - 8/10.

Yeah, This is England is great.

Green Street was stupid. I don't know what people saw in that movie. I mean, it wasn't completely horrible, but it wasn't good either. 5/10
This Is England seems good though, mgith have to check that out.

The Proposal -- 6/10 -- utterly predictable and safe. Ryan Reynolds is still pretty funny.

Saw Ninja Assassin on Sunday.

6/10.

Good action, very bloody reminded me of Kill Bill (The blood I mean), but not as...exaggerated in a silly way.

But try looking for a plot....cause theres not much of one.

The Departed -- 8/10.

Great movie, not Scorsese's best, but a damn good modern gangster flick. I love Jack Nicholson's character. Movie never gets old.
