This dude is a character on Game of Thrones, right?

Yeah he's the one who gets cut in half when Littlefinger mentions casually to Cersei that he's used his position on the small council to send ravens to Winterfell.

Another one bites the dust

Suprised Sessions hasn't resigned yet

I'm pretty sure his job is to get stuff done with congress.

After repeal and replace fell short last night, he's done. No coincidence.

So many people are going to resign by the time Trump is impeached Tony the mooch is going to be president.

Reports are that he was out yesterday, before the vote. So, might be coincidence.

I don't think Priebus had a chance to get anything accomplished with Trump acting like a baboon. Trump is his administrations worst enemy. I don't even really think Trump gives a shit about getting things done, it seems like he just cares about how he is viewed, and if Priebus is at all responsible for how Trump is viewed, then he should have gotten the axe a long time ago. Honestly, if there weren't leaks and Trump was looked at favorably by the American public, I think he would have let Priebus piss in the oval office daily, even if he didn't get anything accomplished.

Never understood why Trump picked the head swamprat, who opposed his election and opposed his positions, to be in his inner circle.

1 down, dozens more to go.

I think Trump was backing this campaign promise of his heavily. He had senators over to try to deal with them. He sure looked disappointed when it was all over.

You fire people who fail at their jobs. I see anything beyond that as muckraking.

People get fired for many reasons. Such as, entertainment for a reality TV series.

if Priebus is at all responsible for how Trump is viewed,

>>> I don't think Priebus has anything at all to do with how you view Trump

if there weren't leaks and Trump was looked at favorably by the American public

>>> This American looks quite favorably on President Trump.

I think he would have let Priebus piss in the oval office daily
>>> Really! :werd:

I actually think Priebus was a in a little over his head. He was a good campaign soldier, was rewarded, and probably learned from the experience.
But he wasn't getting a very difficult job done. I have zero doubt the Marine will have any difficulty doing, what he should do, organize and encourage the staff to pull in the direction the President points.
No matter how he points.

Wall Street Journal said:
The reason Mr. Priebus wasn’t as effective as he could have been is because Mr. Trump wouldn’t listen to him and wouldn’t let him establish a normal decision-making process. Mr. Trump has a soft spot for military men so perhaps he’ll listen more to Mr. Kelly. He’d better, because on present course his Presidency is careening toward a historic reputation where names like Jimmy Carter and Richard Nixon reside.

Fixed that source for you.

It's more that Trump wants something different daily. How do you pull people together and then change your mind over and over, scolding them and insulting them along the way and still expect them to follow.

Pay close attention. I think you are about to get a demo.

"Jimmy Carter". That's how you know it's the Wall Street Journal. Let's see, who brought about peace between Israel and Egypt? Even Nixon is far beyond Trump at this point.

Also: "reside"? Poor word choice, bad writing. Isn't it a Murdoch rag?

"I'm not here to make friends". He really does think this is reality TV.
