Politics #ReleaseTheMemo ?

Valid point. Bernie had a strong following and had the Dems been united, I believe that they would have pulled it off.

I really think you are right. I hate to think this country is ready to elect a Communist President, but there it is. He was very popular.

But now we are faced with fixing the problems. It has to start by firing the dirt bags in the swamp.

Will the Democrats see the light?

Read the memo...what a bunch of B.S. it started with a introductory letter that lost me from the first line, "The Honorable Devin Nunes" The letter is a bunch of whining. The memo itself is hard to take serious. It doesn't matter where the DOJ or FBI got their information as long as its true. This memo is just another attempt by Trump to undermine the invesgitation into his dirty ass. The republicans are trying to use information out of context to make it look like there is sonething where there is not.

I’m betting that on th surface this memo will look bad but deeper analysis should show that it’s a nothing burger. But by that time all those cheerleading republicans will have mad up their mind for eternity.

It’s supposed to be about Carter Page and fisa courts approving surveillance however it will be about the third or fourth time he was under the scope of the feds going back to 2013 where those he was involved with were convicted of being Russian spies.

It’s either nothing burger or could backfire.

Exactly it

Now the question is;

Who can fire all the friggin people that need to be fired?

Democrats would go bug shit! They want to approve the use of executive power regardless of whom is the executive.

Checks and Balances

Donald Drumpfh is now not only further obstructing the Russia investigation, he is releasing a government document and putting our national security at risk. The republicans already knee deep in his shit are following him down the rabbit hole.

I think it is also becoming quite clear, all this corruption and abuse of the Fisa process could not occur without the knowledge and approval of the Chief Executive.

This will probably be another first for Obama. He may have a full blown list of firsts, before all is known.

This is only the tip of the proverbial iceberg and it crosses both party lines. We are going to see people retaining counsel and leaving their positions.

Nixon, the ass he was, will look like a boy scout in comparison.

Whatever, your living in a fantasy world. Obama will not implicted by any of this. And I have to say pretty hypocritical of someone who believes the president has the power to do whatever he wants, as long as that president is Trump. Nixon will always be a crooked thief, a shithole stain in the presidency. That's not changing.

Quite possible. The next week or so should be very interesting as more and more comes out.

Geez!
There are at least a handful of people that need to be fired. Perhaps two handfuls. Then new rules for the Fisa process written including;
Never go to the Fisa court for permission to spy on a Presidential candidate or his people without authorization of the sitting President.
It will be assumed the President did personally authorize any such request with or without his signature.

Or instead, how about if presidential candidates don't hire Russian spies? That would also solve the problem.

Shoot man, he was the boss! Where the buck stops!

Listed in history on many lists, like this example.
Barrack Obama, Jomo Kenyatta, Papa Doc...

Yes, I recognize you are claiming a check that does not exist in the Constitution.
Elections do determine the executive, the only person assigned executive power.

Its in the constitution articles 1-4

odd thing though, the only candidate that has been proven to have hired "spys" was hillery...

Haven't we already seen that? Everyone in the White House has lawyer-ed up, and dozens of them have left.

Article II
Section 1
first line;

"The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America."

That doesn't mean he can do whatever he wants. His "powers" are constrained. Keep reading.

There are limits on executive power. I'm sorry, but it's true.

There are many countries that still have a king, and you have a boat. There's still time to live under your preferred type of government.
