GO STAMPEDE!

I've done some research and here's my take on the game:

After Friday night's loss to the Reno Bighorns, the Idaho Stampede's playoff hope is quickly diminishing.

The Bakersfield Jam also lost on Friday, so the Jam are now officially and mathematically eliminated from the playoff race, which leaves the Stampede as the only remaining team who's not currently in the top 8 to have a chance at making the playoffs.

There's only 4 games left to play in the regular season and the Stampede better win out to have a shot at the playoffs. But they only have one home game left and this is it. The 3 games afterwards will be on the road and 2 of those 3 will be against the 3rd and 4th best teams in the league.

This is a MUST WIN or the season's over basically.

I'm guessing this will be Crabbe's last game? We'll see.

I think they've lost every game which had the Crabbe distraction. They were eking their way into the playoffs, but now they've eked out.

With millions in our audience, surely one or two slouches missed the last game and these links, so I'll repeat them. Another reason to repeat them is that the Crabbe links are updated with the last game added.

I will have to put a maximum on this thread to maintain order. No more than 500 posters will be allowed in. First come, first served. No fights over who gets to post.

Vander Blue is out, not a good thing..Crabbe has to beast alongside Murphy

With all these recent losses (won 2 and lost 3 with Crabbe) we are down to .500 (23-23). Vander Blue and C.J. Leslie, who were in the last game, are out tonight. Hearns and Ellis will start for them. Lauderdale is still out. For the Littlehorns, Sundiata Gains is back after missing last gain. Walker Russell is his sub.

Murphy, the league's leading scorer, is gone. We lose 26 points. I noticed he drove to the basket dynamically. After the defense stopped him last night, he was psyched up. 2 techs for talking to the ref too long.

Murphy ejected 2 minutes in..wow

It was 1 1/2 minutes. 9:40 left right now. Refs clamp down so there's a call in Crabbe's favor. He shoots 1-2 FTs. Crabbe makes a shot, then assists Machado, then rebounds. A lot of stats open for him in Murphy's absence.

On a fast break Machado assists a Crabbe dunk, who then gets a rebound. 12-6 we're up so Crabbe looks good.

Crabbe misses from the left corner on a catch and shoot. Reno is still bigger than us. We didn't grow since yesterday. Machado is still holding his poked eye. 14-11 us.

Time out. Hiya, Riverman! First chance to say that.

I expect the other 498 posters are fighting for position and it's bogging down the boards so it'll be awhile before their posts show up here

The blonde ref has long pigtais. Even Machado has his eyes open. She's got muscles.

Hey jlprk! I know how to party on a Saturday night!

Crabby is not shooting too well. He's obviously playing down to their level.

Did I make it in time or will this get kicked for exceeding the maximum posters?

I don't think Machado was winking at her though, he got poked in the eye twice so far

Too fast. Playground basketball. Crabbe does nothing for a long time, then gets a rebound. 2 minutes left in the 1st, tied at 17. In all my many D-League games I never see them use up the clock. Just joking. I only watch when a Blazer is called down.

Yeah Riv, the 498 are banging on my door.

Announcer just said the top 3 seeds in the D league get to pick their opponent, wow, that's pretty cool

497 alright! I know how to party.

Watching these guys it makes me understand why they're playing in the D league...not lights out shooters

Door is open for Crabbe to have a 40pt 20 rebound game

cheerleaders always wear long pants in the D league?

Crabbe is #14 in white, for you football and baseball transplants. End of 1st quarter, 25-22 we're up. I think Crabbe's on the bench? I was looking for him on the floor.
