Still 50 plus games to fight with teammates (Chandler Parsons) and get your coach fired.
It's funny because it's true.

Rockets are playing .630 ball this year. Last year, they were a .549 team.
.630 is 52 wins. Last year they won 45.

And? You have a point to make?
Why is everyone in this thread talking about Lopez compared to Howard overall? Do you not read the original post in a thread?
You realize that the OP was all about Lopez' defensive performance this year as compared to Howard's, right? Everyone talking about offensive stats, MVP votes, etc--you've completely missed the point.
The numbers show that the Rockets' record is better with Howard. Refute it, since that seems to be your intent.
I'd just like to point out how that worked for the Lakers last season and the Magic before that....and how many teams have won rings without a dominant big man. It's a guards game in the modern era. I don't believe Howard is a difference maker and am not convinced that the Rockets will win more with him than they did with Asik. Pistons, Bulls and Heat all won rings without dominant centers.

But turn it into something else. Knock yourself out.
Like I said, 25 games into a season does not a season make. At the end of the season they may be better, but I'm not crowning them better yet. And yes, I do want Howard to fail. Also if the Rockets in mid December have a higher winning percentage than all of last season's tally, some credit is due to the team? Just saying...Howard is not the team.

It is easier to win a title with a dominant big man, but there are no dominant big men in today's NBA. That's why teams like the Heat have won titles. And the fact that Lebron James is on the team. The last dominant big man was Shaq. I don't see any others coming up through the ranks either.
