Heres my latest im still a beginner so give me tips and hints on how to improve

hmm ok i guess. BackGround is a bit too plain IMO

Render: Needs effects. Where has Ronaldinhos hands gone? When resizing your render, hold in shift while dragging it.

Background: Put some brushes and light textures into the background.

Badge: Faded completely wrong, try soft light and reduce opacity

Text: Hard to see, try a new font or put a drop shadow and 1px black stroke on it.

Take out your name from it 'cause stuff like that is pointless. The size you are using is too small and it makes your sig look squashed. Try 400 x 150 or something bigger.

well in another website people say the sig is too big and right here they say its too small

what "other" websites? i use 400x150 and its perfect. Sometimes 500x200 then I use a big white border which looks good.

Do what Flight said also...

Another good tip of Blending is before you put colour on the Background select the layer you want blended press CTRL ALT + U and colour the background if you think it needs more blending go back and Lower opacity
