As for his hamstring, Roy has not tested it since participating in practice last Friday and intends to stay away from basketball activities until next week. Roy did not have another injection of Platelet-Rich-Plasma (PRP) on Monday and said he may never undergo the procedure again.
He is hopeful his hamstring heals naturally with rest and conventional treatment.
“It was talked about but it’s not something that I want to do right now,” Roy said of the PRP injection. “So it’s (been) put off. Maybe never. Maybe in a week or so, hopefully, I feel a lot better and I don’t even think I need it. So my thing is to go through rest and treatment.”
Is anyone else getting the feeling roy will be out much longer after the break? Sounds like he could miss at least 2 more weeks.
that would be our season. the end.
