I think we should drop the 3 teams that aren't making picks. It'll make the draft go faster, we'll have 10% better teams, and we can expand by 3 teams before next season by holding a traditional expansion draft. That kind of draft we'd get to protect a few players and the expansion teams get to pick from our rosters.

there will be ramifications for drafting max contract suspended players

not exactly sure yet, we will likely get started this year and see what needs tweaking as we go. all i can say for certain is it will likely be alot easier for everyone that does not have a HUGE payroll going forward.
