Very sad indeed. This guy's life was in absolute turnmoil literally from the day he was born.
 
We should do a prisoner swap with South Korea, the OSU pitcher for this guy. Baseball is popular in SK so Heimlich will do alright.

Someone get HCP to get one of the people who's ass he kisses daily to forward this to the governor and get that shit pardoned. Dude did some stupid shit apparently but he needs to come home.

I struggle with my thoughts on illegal immigrant kids and what should happen to them but in this instance we as a country brought him here and then threw him to the wolves. He needs to come home.
 
I don't know how he's supporting himself but I did see Dunkin Donuts. If I could get a PS4 and donuts every day I could eat and game myself to death if I didn't have kids.

Dumbest post I've read this week. Race had nothing to do with this. If anything, a WHITE WOMAN took this guy in when he was a kid.

This is a very complex problem that starts with the laws governing immigration in this country. Laws which stretch back over multiple administrations on both sides of the political spectrum. And, like healthcare, this problem has been put off and put off and put off.....until now it's a giant clusterfuck with thousands of problems wrong with it.
 
Seems pretty easy to fix, if you want to adopt a child from overseas you have to complete the paperwork making them a legal resident before you bring them here. If that child is still here in this country when they turn 18yrs old they get citizenship.

This. Sounds like the people who brought him here dropped the ball with the paperwork. And as long as they don't have felonies, then let them become citizens when they turn 18.

Depends on the felony. Some are expunged when you turn 18.

Violent felonies should not be tolerated. I don't give a shit what your sob story is.

Non-violent felonies should be viewed on a case-by-case basis. BUT....that's one of the many reasons why becoming a legal citizen can take years for some people.

But as long as they get jobs, pay taxes, support their families, and stay away from crime, then anyone should be given a chance.
 
I heard a while back before Adam got deported that the law that allows adopted kids to be deported years later has been changed, but was not made retroactive.

The majority of white people in this country were born here. And the majority of white people who come here from European countries do so legally, with proper documentation because their countries tend to be stable with good immigration enforcement and laws for their (former) citizens.

Therefore, your argument is not only invalid, but utterly stupid on every level, and you know it.

I'm the first one here to deport any and everyone we can and I defy you to find a more hardline anti illegal immigration poster here.

During the Civil War and the potato famine in Ireland millions of Irish immigrants came here without documentation ...probably without any ID or birth certificate...many got citizenship by joining the Union army. Some got it by joining the church. Just like many Cubans skirt the INS if they have a 90 mile per hour fastball. Many undocumented Canadians have resided in the US .....bullshit on your theory...white folks are rarely singled out by INS....
