Until the libertarian Party rejects religion as having any place in government, they'll never gain traction in the modern world.
The core issue is: Libertarians want more economic power for the rich. Socialists want less.
So why are there only 33o,811 registered Libertarians in the country?Libertarians want more economic power for EVERYONE.
A real libertarian would never register with any party. So why are there only 33o,811 registered Libertarians in the country?

(quickly google who the fuck is Gary Johnson) If the Libertarian Party is appealing to economic power as you state, why can't it get major backing from big business lobbyists? Given the disgruntled public view of the 2 parties in the lead..you'd think someone with clout would actually let the public know they have a candidate....I just learned Dr. Marc Feldman is the candidate...now how many voters even know that?
