Sanders is the most libertarian of all the candidates still running for president

Ron Paul continued. “So I always say: You can search for a long time, but you’re not gonna find anybody in the Republican or Democratic primary that even comes slightly close to ever being able to claim themselves a libertarian.”

I think he meant "librarian". Bernie is so far removed from reality that I can see him retiring after the election and getting a part time job shelving books.

Until the libertarian Party rejects religion as having any place in government, they'll never gain traction in the modern world.

Far left progressives like myself and libertarians agree on lots of things.

The core issue is: Libertarians want more economic power for the rich. Socialists want less.

Libertarians want more economic power for EVERYONE.

My friend was trying to get me to take this test which interprets your political beliefs to a plotted graph. I was trying to show him I had become more leftist in my thinking. The results came out with almost an exact match and Noam Chomsky's ideology.
So I'm like, "libertarian SOCIALIST! Pfffft! Told you I'd changed dude!"

(quickly google who the fuck is Gary Johnson) If the Libertarian Party is appealing to economic power as you state, why can't it get major backing from big business lobbyists? Given the disgruntled public view of the 2 parties in the lead..you'd think someone with clout would actually let the public know they have a candidate....I just learned Dr. Marc Feldman is the candidate...now how many voters even know that?

Ron Paul got 1.2M votes in the 2008 primaries.

I don't state it's appealing to economic power.

Libertarians don't like welfare, corporate or otherwise.

Feldman is running for the nomination. The convention is in May.

Moron voters don't want to "throw their vote away" on any 3rd party candidate. Even if they're a democrat voting in California, or a republican voting in Texas.

I thought Marty Feldman was dead?

He does look a lot like Rand Paul, though, so maybe he just became a senator.

This is the post of the thread...well said!
Left wing economics gave us a $20 trillion debt. Success!

The US pre 1930s experienced awesome growth and wealth creation. 13 states grew to 48. 90% of the people fed themselves and did quite well. Plenty of homestead properties generated wealth for the masses. Entrepreneurs built railroads, steel mills, oil pipelines, electricity grids, etc.

Post of the thread? Not.
