Back to the topic, I wasn't impressed with Scoot's performance Saturday night against the Grizz.

Jameer Nelson is his ceiling. We wish he could shoot that well.

He's too reliant on the 3 point shot. He needs to mix it up by attacking the basket. Perhaps he lacks confidence by using his burst from the injury. I wouldn't be making a determination at this point. He just missed a year of NBA basketball.

I know what the issue is. He can't shoot for shit.

He’s Eric Bledsoe with that jumper of his.

He shows flashes and is coming back from a lengthy injury recovery but he really does look like a backup.

I thought he needed glasses like two seasons ago. Did he stop wearing them?

I would hope the team would've checked that. Some of his shots look like he has no depth perception.

Bledsoe was a really good defender. Physical and quick; he made 2 all-defense teams. Scoot isn't good at offense and he's not good at defense....not yet at least, and I'm becoming less and less hopeful for him

Scoot has been bad ... there is no way to sugar coat it. After having two very suspect seasons, this year he is below his career averages across the board in pts/gm, reb/gm, ast/gm, FG%, 3pt% and all this without Deni and Sharpe being out on the floor. He should be taking the reigns of this team and taking over, instead he's opened up more questions than answers. My hope was that he would cement himself over the final 25-30 games of the season as the clear cut answer at PG and make it easy have Dame as a supporting role next year, but not looking like that will happen.
