We really need to get Blazer Prophet back here.

Why?
PS: His daughter turned 40 today. He told me her party last night was of legendary proportions. Not quite sure what he meant, but I'll bet it was a good one.
He used to call me to talk about you, lol.
Well, we're actually pulling the plug and selling. Signed a 6-month lease on another house. Crazy times.
I'm not sticking up for your ass any more. It seems like you do very very well defending yourself.Nah, I've always learned from your mistakes.

You have to be really, really careful in these parts. I mean really careful.
Why sell? I'm more focused on paying off my house and am a year or two out from doing so. Then you can buy another place whenever the time is right and have two houses without any pressure.
Met with my financial advisor today. Guy is a fucking whiz, could never have retired without him. Property company that manages house I have rented for 23 years is trying to push me out. We think I can swing buying a small house. Just need a good kitchen, space for my books and a yard. Doesn't have to be as big as current garden.
Our house went under contract this week. We're now renters for the next six months. Right out of the gate, we're having to sue the landlords, though! LOL Film @ 11.
more details?

At least Northern California. My cousin and his husband are buying a house in Sebastopol where costs are lower. I would consider that but preference is more central. Oakland and Berkeley are expensive but Hayward to the south or Richmond to the north possible. We are at very preliminary. My lease runs through next summer and I hope to have something lined up then. You going to stay in the bay area?
I lived in the Sierra foothills around the Grass Valley/Nevada City area and loved it....lot of culture and diversity and great place to have cats and a garden..not that far from the bay area...about like Eugene to Portland distanceAt least Northern California. I lived up the road from there all through the 70s...my favorite part of California ..The folks buying our house are moving from Grass Valley. It’s a cool area.
Grass Valley is where Tektronix used to design and build their switchers used by all TV broadcasters.I lived in the Sierra foothills around the Grass Valley/Nevada City area and loved it....lot of culture and diversity and great place to have cats and a garden..not that far from the bay area...about like Eugene to Portland distance
You forgot to mention that your buyers are fleeing Grass Valley after having to evacuate numerous times because of fires……..The folks buying our house are moving from Grass Valley. It’s a cool area.

It's a very liberal community...one of the most diverse you'll find in a smaller city outside the bay area....I think you'd like it.Nevada City is 150 miles from San Francisco and has a Republican congressperson.
