To be fair to him, when I was 13, I didn't really have any notion of restraint either.
 
To be even more fair, you gotta feel kinda bad for a guy that grows up, knowing nothing more than to blindly support a franchise of never-has-beens. It's like the abused person that stays in a relationship with the abuser - you don't know that something better is out there, nor do you feel worthy of "better".

seriously though, wishing injury on someone isn't just downright bad. Especially against a team who has seen star play after star player ransacked by injuries. Coming back from ACL used to take almost 2 years, 9 months to a year for rehab and another year to fully trust the knee again and attempt to get fully back into game shape, a lot of people are never the same player after blowing there ACL, most people on this forum know this. The fun making has come from the Rubechat wolves fans who came here with obviously no clue how long it takes to come back from an ACL tear and blasted Lillard saying Rubio is 10x the player he is and will immediately be better upon returning to the court.
 
I love Lillards game. Read my posts here and you might see that. I'm not one of the ones saying Rubio is 10x's the PG.

On the other hand, go ahead and read some of the posters here who are saying Rubio sucks this year. They are some of the dumbest rubes on the planet. This is why Lillard could use an acl injury. Then maybe some of the dumb ones here will get a clue.

BTW, Rubio HAS been bad this year. I chalk it up, in part, to the injury. I think he has solid potential. But until he learns to shoot the rock, he'll never reach his full potential. Teams will lag off and dare him to shoot, knowing he can't hit the broadside of a barn.

You can't lag off Rubio..he'll burn you with a pass. Watch some of his games last year and you'll see. You are ignorant.

I've watched teams lag off Rubio and deny passes. When they do, he's forced to chuck. And more than most key players on their teams, Rubio misses. Cuz he can't shoot. At all. The fact you're all over his jock shows how ignorant you are. He has done nothing in this league yet.

Do me a favor. Look up Rubio's 3 point percentage last season. That should help with the 'lagging off' theory you fans are creating.

His 3-point shooting wasn't great. And his 2-point shooting wasn't much better. And it had to be among the worst for starting guards. This is a scoring league. If he doesn't figure out how to shoot even 40%, he ain't gonna cut it.
 
No Rubio and no Love for tonight's game. Kind of takes the air out of whatever little reason there may have been for this thread.
