Should Sarah Palin wear her bikini in the VP debate?

I think she should. It might distract voters from noticing that she has nothing to say thats of any value at all. In fact, maybe she should wear the bikini every day. If she gets tired of it she could borrow a Wonder Woman outfit from Lynda Carter.

holy god is that a real picture? they guy with the smoke and the schlitz malt liquor just adds to the hilarity.

and should a woman with no idea what the bush doctrine is be vp?

or one who answers couric like this on the economy?

With McCain now depicting himself as the doctor ready to deliver tough medicine to Wall Street, Couric asked Palin to explain what measures he had pushed in the past.

Palin raised McCain's support of revamped oversight for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, the two mortgage giants that are on life support. Fine.

But when the network anchor pressed for other examples, given that the Republican has been in Congress for nearly three decades, Palin came up blank.

"I'll try to find some" -- Palin smiled at Couric -- "and bring them to you."

or a woman who articulately describes her foreign affairs experience with Russia like this

"We have trade missions back and forth," Palin told Couric. "We, we do, it's very important when you consider even national security issues with Russia as Putin rears his head and comes into the airspace of the United States of America, where, where do they go? It's Alaska. It's just right over the border. It is from Alaska that we send those out to make sure that an eye is being kept on this very powerful nation, Russia, because they are right there. They are right next to, to our state."

nobody said it wasn't.

its a joke.

as is she.

Really. So it's hit the point where anybody can post any photo about anything and the assumption is that it's automatically a fake? Sad.

I agree that she's becoming a joke (where was she tonight to deliver the retort to Biden? Too busy?) But there's no reason to pawn off this kind of crap.

When you are shooting fish and a barrel, don't be surprised if your fellow gunmen look at you weird for bringing a stick of dynamite strapped to a hamster with a bikini.

she brings it upon herself.

the videos in the other thread of her and her preacher are the real deal.

Hmm, I'm interested in why you think she "brings it upon herself". Should there be youtube videos make of Sy Sperling with Joe Biden because he has a terrible plug job?

I still don't get why people think Palin is hot. She did look hot when she was younger, but not now.

Who cares if she is a woman running for VP. That doesn't make her hot.

That is like saying Jet is hot because she's the only girls on the internet, when in fact according to Jacob_Ellisbury, she actually is probably a tranny.

She isn`t hot, for her age she looks good, but nothing all that special.

Ask the guy who coined the phrase "The Bush Doctrine" whether she answered it correctly or not.

In case you didn't know there have been at least four different applications of the phrase, and her question for the interviewer to clarify was entirely legit. Further, the interviewer incorrectly described the Bush Doctrine as the third (and not current) definition.

Read this and stop spouting stuff that's already been debunked.

Of course, you thought that the picture of her in her bikini was real, too, so you're a bit confused :)

Ed O.

Ed I never thought the bikini pic was real.

Have you seen the interview? Didn't she look confused to you when asked about the Bush Doctrine? She did to me. Maybe she didn't to you. Either way..

from your link....which was a good find....

Yes, Palin didn't know what it is. But neither does Gibson. And at least she didn't pretend to know -- while he looked down his nose and over his glasses with weary disdain, "sounding like an impatient teacher," as the Times noted. In doing so, he captured perfectly the establishment snobbery and intellectual condescension that has characterized the chattering classes' reaction to the phenom who presumes to play on their stage.
