Not sure how many people here remember Cpawfan from basketballforum.com, and I believe he helped with this place when it started. Realized I hadn't heard from him for awhile and ended up finding he passed away about 7 months ago.

Rest in peace buddy. I'll miss our convos over the years. Loved talking basketball, football and just about life with you.

Tagging @speeds so he sees this in case he didnt know.

Suspect in stolen vehicle jumps gap on Seattle bridge, evades police (VIDEO)

The driver of a stolen vehicle evaded Seattle police on Wednesday afternoon after jumping the open University Bridge in Seattle near the University of Washington.

Police came across the stolen Audi Q5 near 10th Avenue East and Roanoke Street around 12:20 p.m. and began pursuing the vehicle, spokesperson Detective Brian Pritchard said.

Seattle Department of Transportation footage shows the car driving on the wrong side of the road to avoid stopped vehicles behind the bridge gates, when the double-leaf bascule bridge spans were nearly but not entirely lowered. The Audi then rams into the gate arms, accelerates and leaps over the drawbridge gap.

Pursuing officers came to a halt and did not try to repeat the daredevil jump.

Not so much of a jump as a drop, and also I didn't see Daisy Duke anywhere. I give it 3 out of 10.

He wasn't even going fast.

Those people in the other lane must be pissed. They know they are probably stuck there a minute.
