You're intentionally missing the point which I find hypocritical and sad.

You honestly don't see this lowered standard being further abused by politicians?

"Trump didn't release his taxes so I don't have to release my...."

We've seen politicians hide their bullshit in the past. You honestly think this won't make it easier?

Or let me put it in a way you'll understand, this does nothing to drain the swamp but instead makes the water murkier.

It's too late dog. JFizzle has spoken and liked many of Denny's posts; therefore there can be no rebuttal. Let's face it. Denny ends up being right again.

Here's a sample Schedule C for 2014. Trump's return probably has a few hundred of these, considering his disclosure has him owning hundreds of companies. In real estate, there might be a separate LLC for every development.

$122,500 in gross receipts. No itemization of where the money came from.

The expenses are rather broad, too. "Advertising." It would be informative to know in what markets, what types (TV, radio) and so on.

No line item for settling law suits. Oh no!

It's not required by law.

It makes nothing murkier.

Trump signing his tax return.

Yes, it's that giant stack of paper.

When I want to trust somebody....the president is high up on that list. We're talking about a guy who has a secretary of state who was globally heavily involved in Mobile Oil....Trump who had a ton of stocks in Steel and Real Estate...with casinos, golf courses and hotels all over the planet...I would have wanted transparency if John Kerry had been elected to see how his fortune in the Caymans and Belgium got there as well as Mitt Romney...I see this as an unusual avoidance by Trump more than anything and defying tradition seems to be the culture he's bringing....I read today he's already booked the diplomatic reps from Kuwait into his hotel which IS a conflict of interest from the start....I see more and more of this to come....buckle up

So you don't see other politicians using this as a precedence to not release whatever the fuck they don't want to release?

They never did before Nixon. He was a crook, the tax returns didn't show it.

Like I said, I don't see the point.

That is what you are asking for. All the information that is useful is there.

Every business entity, locations, values, his income amounts, world wide.

Let's just stretch the imagination here but if I owned rustbelt steel stocks, put my kids in charge of them...then brought factories into the rust belt by tariff pressure...well...hey...it's not Trump Steel, it's now Rump Steel inc....my children are now in charge!....disclaimer....this is purely for speculation

Denny: "I just got my wife a new Honda Accord."

Sly: "Really? I looked at the Accord but I think I'm going to get my wife a Toyota Camry."

Denny: "Kia is the worst car you can buy, here is an article, it's from a source you will disagree with but you should read it."

Sly: "Okay but why do you like the Accord?"

Denny: "Silly Sly, here is another article showing how terrible Kia is, this is from a liberal source."

Sly: "Why did you buy the Accord? I think the nav system on the Camry looks better."

Denny: "Why won't you just agree that the Kia is the worst car you can buy? You're a Kia lover!"

Sly: "Were you ever thinking about buying a Kia?"

Denny: "Why would I ever buy a Kia? Here is another article showing that they are the worst."

Sly: "If you weren't thinking about buying a Kia why do you keep talking about them?"

Denny: "I'm not the one who keeps talking about Kia, you keep trying to defend Kia so I'm posting articles showing you how bad they are. Why do you keep defending Kia? Why can't you admit Honda is better than Kia?"

Trump aide reverses course, says President Trump will release taxes after audit is complete

A senior adviser to President Donald Trump worked Monday to clarify her statements about Mr. Trump’s release of his tax returns, saying he will do so when he’s no longer under audit and said that he has not shifted his position on the issue.

...

That’s different than what Conway said on Sunday, when she told ABC’s “This Week” that “he’s not going to release his tax returns.” Conway’s comments on Sunday were seen as a major reversal for Mr. Trump, who said throughout the campaign that he would release his taxes as soon as they were no longer under routine audit. (He and his team have provided no proof that he is actually under audit.)

“The White House response is that he’s not going to release his tax returns,” Conway told ABC’s “This Week.” “We litigated this all through the election.”

Nice to see Trump change his mind. This is good for all of us no matter what the DennyAnnes say.

Conway is doing her best Michael Jackson Moonwalk...this gives me hope...if they keep going....whoops, sorry, forget about that one...maybe things will get back to normal

I see conflict of interest in some areas I've already read....strangely, you haven't shown any concern? Complete free pass....complete double standard.. ..but carry on
What conflicts of interest?

If the guy from Exxon-Mobile doesn't work for Exxon-Mobile and owns no stock in it, he isn't profiting or being harmed by any decisions affecting Exxon-Mobile.

What else you got?

As for Trump, unless there's something like this that goes on, he's clean.

Obama gets royalties from his books. We don't know if some foreign prince is buying them by the thousands, do we? If one price buys one book, should Obama have been impeached?

I think....

What conflicts of interest?
Ones that concern me...booking a diplomatic group into your new hotel in Washington is one. .if you think about it...you'll know what flags are there, if you don't you'll start arguing with me....point?
