I think that bet would be aimed at the many people who think we will only have 20 to 30 wins on the season. If people are confident of that number then they definitely wouldn't think we will have 20 wins by the all-star break.

You thought we would beat the Grizzlies (who normally have our number regardless) on the 2nd night of a back to back?

I picked 33 and I not ready to budge it either but Grizzlies were definitely one of the losses in my book. Surprised if you say otherwise.

I thought we'd blow them out because we are going to be a beast at home this season and the Grizz lost to Warriors by 50.

Originally I did not pick us to beat them. I thought we'd get wins against NOP, MIN, PHX (once), Utah, and Denver. I thought we'd get at least one win off Phoenix.

After we lost both games to Phoenix, I posted on Tuesday that Memphis looks like ass so far this season, so that we might get one off them since we also play them on the 13th. We're actually pretty close to where I thought we'd be in the first ten games. I had us down for losses to SAS, Detroit, Phoenix (once), and Memphis twice. So far we've lost to Phoenix twice. I think the Spurs might get us, but they've been playing pretty shitty as well. Detroit is tough. That's going to be a war.
 
I see Detroit as an easy win. San Antonio too because it's at home. The 4 game road trip will be challenging but we should be able to split it.

Yes. You know it doesn't work that way. Just because they beat Phoenix and Phoenix beat us doesn't mean they're better than us. We have the size to neutralize Drummond and they have zero answer for Dame and CJ. Plus, we're at home. I expect a 15-20 point win.
 
If you want to go that way, Pistons only beat Jazz by 5 at home. We beat Jazz by 16 in Utah.

We're a nice team at the moment, we are trying to contend for a playoffs spot.
We're not a juggernaut waiting to run over every .500 team because we're hot shit and they're minor league amateurs.

God, I love you! Blazers are beasts this year!!

We're ALREADY playing well as a unit, imagine how it's going to be as this team gels together even more, and some of these players develop more! So many people are stuck on getting a pick but are forgetting that this team is young, will grow together, and have set a great starting point to doing so. I think vying for a pick with this team is greatly over-rated. GO BLAZERS!!!! Yeeeeeeeeeeee!

Woohoo! Yep, it was evident when we killed Golden State in preseason. Who cares that it didn't count? We played as a TEAM and I was like "whoa." Stotts is obviously a great coach and Dame is a peerless leader. Like you said, we're only going get better.
