For a moment, I thought Keith Richards (The guitarist Neil Schoen looks like he came out of the grave and was decked like a Nick Cage biker) was up there. hahahaha

That was my post and so far, not 1 like? East Bay Grease, start with Soul Vaccination and segue into What is Hip..I've seen them a hundred times and can't get enough. Little Feat or Los Lobos would rock the house as well. My favorite TOP lineup was when Willie Fulton played guitar and Lenny Picket was in the horn section. I've left their shows with my shoes squishing from half an inch of sweat in them. Don't Change Horses in the Middle of the Stream baby!
 
journeys drummer, deen castronovo (grew up and still lives in oregon interestingly enough) is also a great singer. every time i have worked a journey show he usually sings a few ballads (dont stop, faithfully) that the other guy cant quite nail i guess.

Finally an opportunity to name drop!!! I was in South Salem high school concert band with Deeno for a year. Then he left after 10th grade to go play drums for Ozzy Osbourne. I have literally seen the guy wearing a marching band giant Q tip hat.
 
The halftime show was the best part of the game, until the final minute of the game.

And I thought the halftime show was lame.

WE NEED SOME REAL HIP HOP IN THE NFL HALFTIME SHOW.
 
The NFL wants performers to now pay to perform at halftime. That limits who will perform.

If I was perhaps Bruno Mars I would wear a BMars Jacket shirt hat and shoes to match with a website decal attached to my forehead if I could get the general public to pay. Did this just start? The NFL would capitalize on anything to feed their profitable appetite.

They asked those who were interested in performing to pay this year but they didn't make any of them do it. That could (and probably will) change in the future though. The NFL has never paid acts though other then paying for their expenses.
 
No more R&B pop shit. Get someone that will rock the place out!
 
Please........... No more same sound drone chic acts.
 
With this one they where moving in the right direction at least.
