I'm sure you do....his twitter account however, will never allow that to happen nor will his lack of knowledge or diplomacy...he's a braggart by his own tongue...I have absolutely no trust in his ability to govern and now, it's becoming more and more demonstrable....people aren't doing this to him, he's doing it to himself..his house of cards doesn't seem to be well thought out....now Spicer is out of the public...if you've ever seen a team flail to the bottom...Trump's crew is like the Sixers in massive tanking mode.....read today that resume's are flying out the door to get out of his administration. Dysfunction is dysfunction...not projected snipe work...the whole country and planet are watching and it's not pretty.....no trust to be found. Still ....somebody was cheering for the Sixers I'm sure

I'm not a prosecutor or an investigator, just so you know....I'm just a rural citizen...I don't need to find evidence but apparently people elected are looking into it...I don't post bullshit just because it doesn't suit your team though....I respond to bullshit and sorry, your guy is full of it....it's actually bothered me enough to not yawn and find some entertainment to focus on. Here, I can vent....call it bullshit but it's honest and all of it stems from original thought...I'm not cutting and pasting much or spouting spin doctors....don't watch TV unless it's sports ....ever...

Snipe hunt. A search for a non-existent critter. Typically a prank; only the fool who believes there is a snipe gets punked. If you want to hunt the snipe, look for the smoke trail it leaves behind.
 
If Trump had pardoned Flynn, there could have been backlash from a populous that many already fret Trump is embroiled in a coverup and this could have easily led to a charge of high crimes and misdemeanors, AKA, impeachment for Trump. The risk of backlash for blatantly inhibiting the case against Flynn could possibly lead to the end of Trump. Regardless of Trumps ability to halt the investigation into Flynn via pardon, it would have almost certainly created optics so disastrous for Trump that it would have led to a further degradation of his poll numbers and brought him to a depth that all the anti-Trump voices in the Republican would take control. So, either he's impeached or simply rendered totally ineffectual and doomed to be the least effective Press in recent history. It might still end that way, but pardoning Flynn would have sealed that fate.

And look how well that is working out for him. Now multiply the response several fold, and you might be nearing what a Flynn pardon would have led too. Even Trump must have realized the bomb he'd be dropping with a Flynn pardoning verses firing of s man most Dems and Repubs at some point have been against.

Even if he colluded with the Russians, what is the crime? Since foreign policy is the responsibility of the Chief Executive, I think he can collude with whom ever the hell he wants.

The charges being made are at the Russians..that's what our intelligence agency is groomed to do...safeguard our executive branch from Russian tampering..nobody said Trump tampered with Russians although he does have Ukranian interests and Turkish interests....it's Trump's team that seems to be compromised .....all this from a guy who wants extreme vetting of Muslim looking people and Mexicans but can't seem to handle vetting his own staff.....the fact that he gave Flynn that post to begin with is pretty far from extreme vetting....more bluster without direction or control ....the fear here isn't that Trump is a Manchurian candidate but that he's not smart enough to know what's happening outside twitter and TV.....and he's getting played on the international stage.

The constitution is pretty clear, for impeachment. Treason or High Crimes and misdemeanors.
So which is it?

When do you investigate murder? When there is a body.
When do you investigate any crime? When you know it well enough to articulate the offense.

When do you investigate the President for a crime. I don't think you do unless the House does it as part of the impeachment process. But Geez, not without articulating the crime they charge him with committing. Then in the case of Treason, that takes two fearless souls and a state of war.

I think Trump should fire the ass that hired the special council. Tell the American people and the Congress to he will run the government as he said he would.
The House can proceed as they deem fit.
