I like this background, I like how the orange, and the grey mesh. The text and font are amazing. I think you could have done more though. There are alot of open spaces, that you could've put something in. I rate it a 7.5/10.

B/g should be white with no scanlines,instead a big thin grid,look at sasha's ai15 wall for the grid,and change the silky smooth font, other then that it's a very simple,you could've did more to it and still had a clean wall but it's ok as it is. BTW this isn't something you do when you're bored,that's when sigs come into play.
