Doesn’t excuse his butterfinger turnovers and a complete lack of explosion, play strength, and lateral movement.

if you saw my post after mine, you would've seen I wasn't being serious.

Bigs getting touches in summer league are shocked somebody passes them the ball...nobody passed to Pappa G all series so far...doesn't raise his value when he's furniture in the post

So far I like this years picks more than last years. - Won’t be winning a popularity contest -

Papa G has been the biggest disappointment. Wasn’t expecting him to be a factor offensively but he looks SLOWWW with limited instincts. Not the guy I saw in eurobasket with Greece.

Collins killing it again, but not in the boxscore.
Hawks shoot 33% tonight. Other 2 games Collins played, teams averaged 35%.

So in total, when Collins plays (3 games): Opponents shoot 34%
When Collins doesn't play (1 game): Opponents shoot 47%

That's a huge difference.

He’s been absolutely dominant defensively.

turnovers aren't a parameter for a young player...lot of great players turn the ball over a lot....Harden, CP3, Steve Nash all turned the ball over because they attempted risky passes...also this roster doesn't have the history to have chemistry yet...know where they need the ball, etc....he made up for it rebounding. Sure he made some mistakes.....it's summer league

Yes..."lot's of great players". I would submit Biggie is quite a ways from that and perhaps it's a bit premature to put him in the same paragraph as Harden, CP3, Nash, etc.

We are so good in summer league. This must be what it feels like to be a Golden State fan in regular season.

Of course it isn't.

This is the summer league PLAYOFFS. Regular season my ass. This is what if feels like to be a Warriors fan during the motherfucking NBA playoffs.

Learn the summer league schedule, then post!

sure..duh..but the point was those guys had many games with over 5 turnovers......turnovers don't make him a bust in this situation..playing with guys after a pretty sparse game prep....he's young and he'll have to make strides....but he can get you some Ed Davis rebounds night in night out...

Baldwin doesnt belong on this court. hes a rotation player

One of my biggest frustrations with our bigs is that they are aloud to do to0 much, (I include Aminu in that group)
Swanigan hustles his ass off. He is relentless on the boards. He plays physical. If he just concentrated on that he would be useful. Don't shoot, don't fucking dribble, just rebound and pass. If he does that then yes he can be a rotational player.

but really we've said that about most of our guys entering the second season...Barton, Connaughton, Layman, etc....the kid is a project but a really good rebounder
They weren't as bad as Swanigan has been though, and at least fit a meaningful role in some capacity. "Rebounder" isn't a meaningful role. It's important, but if that's all a big can do, it's a problem. I just don't see him ever being able to finish inside which means he needs to improve his shooting and defense.
