Because I've seen this rodeo before. We play exactly in Summer League like we did this past off-season. Which means no adjustments to the playbook. Which means Stotts is still gonna sit there with that "who what?" look on his face while the other team racks up 12 points before he calls a timeout.

I've seen this rodeo before. It's depressing.

We struggled against the #27 team. How do you think we're gonna do against the #1 team?

I mean... we missed how many free throws that would have iced the game? We were trying to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory!

Great game by swanigan and Goodwin. Swanigan and Zach had total 28 boards together. Zach still need to work on getting stronger. Trent still haven't miss a free throw but still need to finish at the rim. Trent play another strong defense game. Layman took his self out game with fouls. Baldwin has played good up to this game and now I can see him being a head case when things don't go his way.

give it a break....negative affirmations we've seen before too...every season...every game...which I find harder to enjoy than the game I just watched personally

Blazers didn't shoot well from outside tonight. It was their scrappiness and intestinal fortitude that got it done. Got to get the shooters {Jenkins, Layman, Trent Jr., Simon) open looks tomorrow night. If they do, Blazers win. Hopefully Wade can settle down, focus, and get back to making plays.

Offense was sloppy but the defense was there all game. I really like how Trent plays at his own pace, even when the game got chaotic. He plays like a vet, it’s easy to forget he’s only 19.

Baldwin was probably pressing against his former team, but the defense was there. Refs didn’t do him any favors but he also forced too many things. But his game is getting to the line. He’ll be fine.

That was a good game by Swanigan. More of that.
