I am fine trading him. I just think as soon someone wants to let Chet gain 25 libs I want to make sure they also want to blow it up that’s all.

I would normally agree but in todays NBA you can’t hardly touch someone without a foul being called, if we are at 4-8 and he’s available I think I’d consider taking him project or not then I’d trade NO pick along with someone else to upgrade PF position. No matter what we have to take best available someone might really be high on Chet then that opens the door to trade

what is with this Sox cap dame always seems to have on? Dame is a Chicago fan?

How brave does he need to be to give up starting caliber players for 25 cents on the dollar?
I really think that if the Pelican's pick conveys that Cronin deserves a chance to complete whatever vision he had in making those terrible trades. If the Pels make the playoffs, Joe needs to be told that day that he's out of the running for GM and that a new GM will be in place before the playoffs are over.

I know you mean Pels, but you should update that

think you mean the pels, but ya. if that pick doesn't convey, this was a bigger disaster than originally thought

Brave enough to understand that people will accuse him of exactly what you are doing without understanding that there is no easy way to get out of that mess.

I just don't think "brave" is the right adjective. I will give him credit though for going all in.

Oh, you're suggesting Chet is going to have a Mike Barrett spring and put on 20 pounds of pure muscle before the combine?

lol..."Mike Barrett spring"....yeah, I forgot about that annual event. Also "he looks much quicker this season". I kind of miss those things

I also miss Mike Rice mentioning something about Manchurian squid fishermen or Teflon in the middle of a discussion about FT shooting; and Rebecca Harrlow making googoo eyes at Aldridge. I like Brooke though. Mike & Mike + Brooke is better than what we have now...IMO of course!

I watched Holmgren the other night and he didn't impress me that much. Sure, he has some skills from playing and being taught all his life, but he's so thin and all legs he's going to get man handled in the pro's. I hope he's doesn't get injured much.
He could be another Porzingus type but he was bigger coming in.

These tanking games are just painful to watch. The NBA should just allow teams to email a white flag emoji to their opponent and save the travel expense. I guess when it’s tanking team vs tanking team they could flip a coin or something.

Really good day for our tank. Spurs passed us so we go to 7. NY passed NO so Pels go to 9.

also, Lakers open up a 2.5 game lead on the Pels for 9th seed; and the Spurs are only 1 game behind the Pels for the 10th seed....and the Spurs lead the season series 2-0 right now with 2 games left between the two teams

by the way, IIRC the play-in formula correctly, right now it looks like it will be the Clippers vs Lakers in a loser-go-fishing game in the first round of the play-in. That will be intense

So the format is changed? Last year it was 9 v 10 loser went home, winner plays loser of 7 v 8 and the loser of that third game goes home or if you want to look at it in a positive way 7 v 8 winner gets the seventh seed while the loser plays the winner of 9 v 10 and the winner of that game gets the eighth seed. I thought that was still the format.
