Israel. Just got to Jerusalem today.

IIRC, Jerusalem had excellent bagels with Za'atar (Hysop, iirc) on them and if it is cold - you can get excellent Sahlab (orchid based drink) there. Or at least you could 20 years ago which is probably when I was there.
