As far as waiting for the facts, there aren't any really other than Reade coming out of the woodwork with nothing but here-say, and a friend who now mysteriously claims to remember Tara saying something to her about it almost 30 years ago. Without actual evidence, it's just another "nothing-burger", IMO and not compelling at all unless that's simply what someone chooses to believe.

Even if this were to go to trial, and it won't, the jury won't consist of a GOP led Senate.

Where did Reade's mother get the evidence of a crime from? Her daughter telling her so essentially the only witness is Tara Reade. The others are only repeating what they were told to by Tara Reade. I could be mugged and robbed and tell 10 different people of the incident. Does that mean I now have 10 witnesses? NO.

Rape cases?...that's quite a jump. Regardless, that's why most rape cases are so hard to prosecute, there still needs to be evidence to convince a jury "beyond reasonable doubt" that the rape actually occurred.

For a guy that has stated on numerous times that they believe in innocence till provewn guilty you sure are working overtime to try and convince everyone that Biden raped her. Seems like another round of hypocrisy.

Looks like she first went public in Spring of 2019. She’s also a Bernie Supporter. Do you think Bernie’s campaign was pushing it?

Im not spinning anything. I’m posting articles and talking about what’s been reported. I definitely believe your innocent until proven guilty, but that doesn’t mean the public can’t talk about the news as it comes in.

Did you read the article I linked? Her story doesn't seem to stay consistent, especially consistent with that of the pattern that rape/assault victims take.

I.e., her first version of the story didn't involve forcefully sticking his finger in her vagina, but after the story wasn't believed, it magically did involve it.

The people who she told her story to, isn't proof because it's just her word.

She also continued to *support* him after the fact, for years.

There is no pattern of sexual misconduct by Biden, as men (and women) who do these kinds of acts tend not to be a 1 and done.

She claimed she filed a complaint, but there's zero proof of it. She didn't even keep a copy of the complaint herself, but kept her time sheets from that time.

She didn't provide an actual date that it happened (that's not terribly uncommon, but it doesn't give the accused any chance to figure out where they were on said date and time). There are no witnesses to him ever doing inappropriate things with someone (of this nature).

Creepy? Yeah. Assault? No.

And finally, there have been ZERO accusations against him (unlike Trump, who has between 12 and 16 women who have come forward).

I'm not saying it's impossible that this happened, but it just smells of a smear campaign (which happens. See: Duke La Cross team).
