No. If' you're talking about the sacrament of communion, that can be done anytime/anywhere. Not just at church every Sunday. Anuhoo, the message and purpose of communion is that it's a remembrance of what Jesus did once and for all on the cross.

A fetus is 8 weeks after conception. We're actually talking about an embryo, since I believe Texas law can prevent abortions as soon as 6wks after conception.
