Im telling ya, surely someone should recognize the animals that did this. For these types of crimes there has to be severe consequence, imo.
The crime is disgusting.

Someone who lives on South Shore Blvd. in Lake Oswego, which is on one of the three frequent routes I use going home, has a sign that reads, Hate Has No Home Here. I love it every time I see it.

When I was a kid, I had a paper route around South Shore Blvd. (I lived on Maple, right off Lee & McVey). I remember taking a friend out collecting (remember those days?) and we were somewhere around the X'd portion on the map. We were goofing around, tossing the money bag up in the air (yeah, stupid, I know), and the bag landed on a cliff! Ooops! OK, so, I headed up one side, and he the other, in hopes of retrieving the bag. Well, long story, short, he gets stuck up there! I climb back down and go to one of the neighbors to call the fire dept. They arrive, get him and the money bag back down. We all had a good laugh about it. BUT, get this, the incident made the front page of the Oregonian the next morning.....including a picture! Talk about an embarrassing incident for him.....and me!
