This is what happens when people have an agenda and only look at advanced stats. The eyeball/ human being test shows that the Blazers are better defensively and offensively when Nurkic is on the floor. And having watched 90 percent of the games this season, I can easily say that the team is waaay better now than before we had the big guy. Watch the game and then write.

I agree. How can you pin the entire defensive aspect on the shoulders of one guy in a TEAM game? journalists do have agendas. Shine On for the Editor and a paycheck.

So now Nurkic is better than Dwight Howard what the F**K.

I really can see the Blazers winning out at this point. Lillard is just on another level right now. He just doesn't miss. That's the difference between us and Portland though. They have that cold blooded killer who wants to win more than everyone else on the floor. We don't have that. I mean we do and it's Murray but he's never going to get to show that this year.

These last 2 games I thought were sure losses for Portland. Is it a fluke, or are they really this good now?

Whiteside is a blackhole. Almost Blazer-ZBo esque blackhole. His AST% is 6x lower than what Nurk's is as a Blazer.

What a stupid comparison.

Are the stats adjusted for pace? The team's +/- has gone from bottom 10 to top 10.

Thanks for Nurkic guys! I was depressed and praying for a full tank a few weeks ago. Everything has changed. He has literally saved our season and most importantly hope. Lillard looks like his old self now with this beast setting screens and he has rejuvenated the whole team. FINALLY WE GOT A CENTER!!! And a 1st round pick! I wanted Olshey fired, this with out s doubt saved his job. Yes we will lose to the Warriors but we got a great young Center and now have 3 first round picks. Thank you Denver!!!!
