Zombie THE 2012 BIDEN/RYAN DEBATE - THE BATTLE OF CHAPLIN HILLS II

Not sure how you guys see Biden as coming across as immature or commenting in a negative way on his interrupting when the consensus was that Romney won, when all he did was cut he President and moderator off every time they were speaking. If one was a good performance than the other one was as well. Personally, I thought Romney came off as an ass and Biden does too (but I've always thought that).

This was so bad it even made Dennis Miller sign off twitter before the debate was over.

"Let me tell you about the Mitt Romney i know" - too late, he's changed again

I'm tired of hearing about undecided voters

It's really not that hard to decide between the two as they're complete opposites.

And if you don't like either by now then just don't vote.

Let's not forget, the king of change artists was Bill Clinton. I do hope, though, that Romney isn't quite the chameleon slick Willy was.

Clinton flip-flopped on whether he likes blondes or brunettes.

Small.

Potatoes.

I flipped on Faux News and they're going on about how disrespectful Biden was...

Earn some respect first rookie.

Chris Matthews said the debate was close. Ryan won a number of points, so did Biden.

Even he isn't so blind.

Why did Paul Ryan want to be called Mr Ryan instead of congressmen Ryan?

Not saying that to make a point, I'm just curious.

Well...

"A clear victory for Joe Biden" -Chris Matthews

Didn't watch the debate but it seems clear that both sides have declared victory and everyone will be talking about something else by the weekend.

Certainly, Biden did better than Obama. That said, it still "may" not have been enough (thus far). The Obama/Biden ticket might very well still be reeling from Obama's debate ineptness.

Next Tuesday's match will be interesting to watch.

Nah, I think that Biden needed a good showing to "stem the tide" until the next Presidential debate and he gave one. I don't think it was a "knockout of Ryan" (as I've seen some say) or a "clear Ryan victory", I think that he hit better points on targeting the points the D's are going for (like the "War on Women" garbage that everyone who doesn't vote for Obama is clearly pushing) while losing momentum when talking about foreign policy.

VP Debate Results: Biden Tears Ryan Apart

Biden came out swinging tonight and landed some solid hits tonight. Right out the gate he was stepping all over Ryan's arguments and trashed Ryan's critique of the stimulus by pointing out how Ryan himself had begged for more money for his district. This debate has also clearly revealed just where each ticket stands on foreign policy, and the GOP is not on the right side of it on Afghanistan and Iran. Ryan's reputation as a truth teller has been effectively shredded, with most people on Twitter seeming to laugh at his "honesty" remark. He also didn't have the gravitas to compete against Biden, giving a tone of voice that made him sound whiny rather than giving the impression that he is having a heart-to-heart with the American people. And I expect that Romney campaign spokesmen will be denying some of his comments on Afghanistan after this too.
