Hawks forum is in shambles. Getting a pick that might not convey this year for a guy who was assumed to be amongst the highest valued young wings in the league.
Also... a Reddish-Barrett wing duo looks damn good. Reuniting that Duke combo.
So we get a little noise with trades but on our part I be surprised if CJ get traded at deadline due to Dame being out. .
The protections on that LAL pick are unclear. I think it might convey to Memphis in the current scenario, but here's an option.

might need to make something of that OKC 20 mil under salary floor option.I would be trying to extort two firsts from NO. Powell's deal is a good one in a league where the salary cap is increasing each year. OR, I would be trying to return Josh Hart and a first instead. Fischer mentions McCollum as more likely, but it's too hard to find matching salary.
I'd be down for that. I'd rather route Hart here though and take less firsts. He's a perfect fit as an athletic wing that can do it all. Great guy next to Dame. If they want to move Dame after though, then this would make more sense.might need to make something of that OKC 20 mil under salary floor option.
something like this with a load of picks from NO coming our way.

i like hart too. but only as a 6th man type. no room for 6'5 PFs in our rebuild.I'd be down for that. I'd rather route Hart here though and take less firsts. Josh Hart is averaging 4.4 assists per game at a 20% assist rate. I think Chauncey would LOVE that. His previous career high was 10%. Showing a ton of improvement at age 26.

Powell for Hart works financially, fwiw and it gets us under the tax effectively.
kid is putting up 13-7-4 on decent efficiency. Even his defensive metrics are good. If they would take Powell straight up because they need scoring, I'm sold. Call it in.He's only playing PF because he has to. He can slot in as a 2-4 here.
Powell is a "pure shooting guard" - an lol at the Blazers.Quick threw out Powell and McLemore for Grant as an idea on the athletic. Here’s what the pistons beat writer said

NO way sending Little to Mavs in that deal, Roco yes but Little NONot sure if Dallas would buy into this but seems like there are a lot of things that work in this trade.
Dallas gets more balance and a move on from KP who has had issues with the way he is used.
Philly gets 2 borderline All-Stars that will help tremendously with scoring and creating offense.
Portland gets Simmons and can let him take his time coming back.

Fischer said we can expect a return for Roco similar to what ATL got for Cam
that’s surprising for a role player with no upside like reddish and on an expiring contract
