The NBA is trying WAY too hard to make Bronny a star. He sucks.

I agree, he sucks.
But I think it's the media (ESPN etc) that covers him too much and overhypes his every move, not the NBA itself.
They're not hyping him for no reason - his jerseys sell a ton and his gleague games were some of the highest demand ever. Might be stupid but there's legit fan interest.

This summer league game with Bronny vs Flagg had $223 avg ticket price, 100 level over $1000, courtside over $3000

True. But I think this game would be in high demand no matter who Flagg was playing against. I say 75% of the draw is for Flagg, 25% Bronny. For me it's 100% Flagg. He's the only reason I am watching this game right now.

I didn't watch the game but Flagg's stats look shitty. Is everyone going to pile on him the way they have been killing that KJ guy???

He still filled up that stat line and had only 1 turnover and 2 fouls.

I've never watched him before this game.

He passed the ball very well, can handle the ball well, and block shots.

He didn't look good creating his own shots.

The last shot I saw was a slow turn-around jumper that was an air-ball.

Shot is going to get contested unless he's quicker with his turn and release.

Kyrie
Klay
Flagg
Davis
Lively

That's one hell of a starting 5
Klay is cooked.

But if Davis is healthy him and Flagg are a super effective duo on both ends.

I could see Dallas pretty easily being the 2nd best team in the East. In the west their probably 6th at best.

I listened to the game on the radio for a bit, early early in the game, and it was after Bronny had hit a shot and maybe a 2nd one, and the guy was all but jacking off to how great Bronnys form was.

Totally coming up with excuses for why he sucked last year.

I see he ended the game 2-8.

No doubt!
and rumors are that Lebron might force his way to Dallas... or Cleveland.
LeBron is delusional. Both those teams would be worse if they trade for him.

It's not that LeBron can't be a good 3rd option (he would be great) but on his $60 million supermax they'd each need to give up 3 starters to trade for him. That doesn't make sense even this season or especially beyond for a 41 year old.

If LeBron had declined his player option he could have signed for the MLE and yes that would have greatly helped a contender. With the new CBA he doesn't provide value. Deni and Camara are worth MUCH more than LeBron because combined they make a quarter of his salary.

Joan Beringer is going to be an absolute monster defensively...it was all over his Adriatic film and it has really popped during his first SL shift.

Low usage offensively, but his catch and finishing process and screening craft is really nice.
There were people saying he was a bigger reach than Yang even though he was mocked in the lottery on multiple mocks.

He had a choice between money and better chance at winning and he chose money. Yes it's 50 mil but he and his decendants are set for life without it

I'm fine with him opting in and taking the money.

But don't send your agent all over ESPN bitching about wanting to win now. You opted in to Luka team. The Lakers are his - not yours. Nobody is going to make win now moves to appease your 41 year old complaining self or your untalented son.
