When a team plays Wells and Ichiro - aren't they in fact laying down as well? Those 2 pile of dogshit can't be allowed to come back next year. Cut them - they are both has-been embarrassments. What they did that inning was inexcusable.

vette my friend if it wasn't going to be today it would have been Tues , Wed or any other upcoming day. This has to be one of the worst offensive Yankee teams I've seen in many many years.

That is what has bothered me the most about this year. That the organization went the full year with guys like Wells, Ichiro, Stewart and the likes. And here we are in late September and we are in a big game that we need, and instead of a pinch runner with speed like Golson, we run out Almonte, when we need a catcher so we can pinch hit for Murphy and we don't have one. It's like we stopped supplying the troops. No more Ammo, food, or such. Just left them out there. Did anyone see Cashman in any of the feeds for Mo, I didn't... In closing, like the Giants are just a bad team with bad coordinators and players, but the Yankees deserved help, and the FO didn't get it.
