Notice The CJ injury update thread

Portland had the 2nd fewest games lost to injuries last season, and they may have the fewest this season. So yeah, they have really avoided the injury bug other teams have had to deal with
Now that's a positive stat, considering we've had our fair share and some over the years.
Props to Neil and the trainer.

Brogdon’s out for 8 weeks. Injuries suck but we can’t really complain. Houston, GS, and Denver have had their share of injuries and they’re ahead of us. Get well soon, CJ!!!
It was one my wife favorite show. I enjoyed it also.

Maybe his patella popped out of place and then back

Sounds like a bone bruise or hyperextension....both can be healed fairly quickly with treatment and rest...if it's meniscus tear...it'll take much longer

Maybe a tendon or ligament strain/sprain

Hopefully this is a minor setback and the good in it is it might jump start Hood, Layman and Curry's offense some more. Get a dozen points from each of them and we may replace CJ's good nights...I think defensively we'll actually be better while he rests

The ball will move better, but I don't want to talk about how the Blazers look without him until after the MRI and we find out the severity of the injury.

Miniscus surgery can be a quick recovery also as my wife had surgery at noon, back home at 2 and out to our daughters soccer game at 6. She was able to resume most activities in a little over a week. That was without the profesional medical staff and training CJ will get. Let's hope for a quick recovery no matter the diagnosis

Maaaan.

Well, we have been touted as a deep team with options coming from recent aquisitions and emergence of play by layman and meyers.

Were about to find out just how deep we are now....i didnt wanna find out this way....maaan....

The Blazers definately have options. Again going to wait to expand on that till we hear what the prognosis is.

Still praying hard for CJ. Let's hope it's not serious.

I have to sign off and drive around town and enjoy the weather, but I'm keeping my news alerts active on my phone about this.

Don't run over any goats ok
