I'd be shooting for guys who are in that 19-22 range. Young enough that when they DO get their picks back, they're still well within their prime. Guys who are 24-25, and let's face it aren't really stars.... I'm not sure what purpose they serve. Ayton is going to be overpaid for what he is. They need to surround Simmons with shooters.

So half of your tweet is accurate. Miami does have the night life but they also have more homeless per capita and far more homeless per square mile than Portland does.
