Were you aware I took in and tried to adopt 4 beautiful black children, only to have them taken away by their relative who didnt want them, tbey just disnt want a white person raising them. Two of thise kids dropped out of school and another has died from abuse by another relative.

If you make random black jokes attributing racial stereotypes that's racist. If you cross the street because a black person is walking towards you and you do this because you think based upon a stereotype that the black person might do something bad to you. Ethnic jokes exist about every ethnicity.

If you cross the street, it's more to do with fear and ignorance than feeling you need to be far away from someone inferior to yourself.
